She turns brands into lifelong friends and allies by leading them from their deepest essence to their most impactful existence in minds, hearts, and culture.

She’s led multi-million-dollar global brands, multi-platform campaigns, interactive and live experiences, and product and package innovation and design. She’s mastered the art of developing and safeguarding smart, strategic creative through the ins and outs of big agencies, boutiques, production companies, and media and PR shops at McCann NY, Y&R, Grey, Cramer Krasselt, Gotham, Badger & Winters, Deloitte, FrameStore, Radical Media, UM, Devries, and beyond. And across industries for brands like Levi’s, Coca-cola, Xbox, Sony, Nikon, Verizon, L’Oreal, Maybelline, Etsy, P&G, Kohl’s, Weight Watchers, and many more. 

Sharon founded The We Collective, a purpose-driven, direct-to-client creative network and production studio that specializes in in-powering women, inspiring wellbeing, and protecting the planet. Her company helped grow Mountain Valley Spring water from a regional brand to a national icon in the American food and music scene, successfully launched menopause brand Alloy by giving men hot flashes, and produced an award-winning, feature-length documentary. 

Sharon currently runs The We Collective, collaborates on freelance opportunities, and builds self-esteem through creativity for her non-profit The Every Kid Is Special Project. Always trying her best to courageously and authentically show up as a good human for her son, wife, community and planet.
